Andrea Wooldridge (mom) was born with and suffered from Spina Bifida. Son, Isaiah (14 years old) was born with and suffers from Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia Type 3A (HSPT3Y). Both mom and son are wheelchair users and have been through countless surgeries. Isaiah’s HSPT3Y is degenerative and as time goes on, his spasticity will get worse. He has never been able to walk and uses a power wheelchair.

Andrea suffers not only from spina bifida, but is also currently navigating an issue from a fused hip that results in extreme pain and sores on her heel which has led her to a manual wheelchair.

In an effort to help improve the quality of life for their family, on November 2, 2024, the foundation was blessed to provide a handicap accessible van from Superior Van and Mobility to the Wooldridge Family. The van will accommodate their family’s needs and both Andrea and Isaiah’s wheel chairs, enabling them to make all necessary doctor’s appointments, and family activities-such as outing events. Thank you to our generous donors who made this possible for the Wooldridge Family. We are all truly so grateful!
